All prints and frames at Mediterranean Prints are made to order, ensuring that every product is crafted specifically for you. We are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint, which is why your order will be printed and shipped from the fine art lab closest to your location. With access to over 30 professional fine art labs worldwide, we are able to provide fast and cost-efficient shipping while maintaining the highest quality standards.

 SHIPPING TIME: Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date of your order.
FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping worldwide on all prints and frames.
VAT AND DUTIES: VAT and duties are included in the price for all orders, as items are printed and shipped locally. For orders within Spain, a 21% IVA is applied.

    Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping, and all orders are processed with the utmost care to ensure both quality and timely delivery.
     
     
    RETURN POLICY
     
    Because each print is made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order is placed, production begins, so no changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours from the time the order is submitted. If you need to make a change or believe an error has occurred, please contact us at hola@mediterraneanprints.com with your order details as soon as possible.
     
    In the event that your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we are happy to review the situation and work toward a resolution. Please follow these steps if your order arrives damaged:

    1. Take detailed, clear photos of the damage to both the product and its packaging.
    2. Email the photos to hola@mediterraneanprints.com with the subject line: “Damage Claim: Order [Order Number]”.
    3. Photos must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your delivery.
    4. Ensure the product has not been hung, framed, or altered in any way before submitting the damage claim.


    Our team will review your claim and determine whether to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Please allow up to 30 business days for a damage review. Replacement or repair is subject to current inventory, production capacity, and shipping timelines.
